• Full credit card details are required upon booking for security purposes
• One nights motel accommodation is required if no show
• We always require an estimated time of arrival
• Full refund if booking is cancelled 24 hours in advance
• GST (Goods and Service Tax) included in all tariffs
• Please note that all our rooms are NON SMOKING
• No tarriff discount will apply to payment by Bartercard

Acceptable methods of payment to guarantee a reservation include MasterCard, Diners or Visa prepayment, Advance Deposit

Please note that should you fail to cancel your reservation within the criteria outlined in "Cancellations" you may be charged without further notice up to and including one nights accommodation at the rate quoted at time of reservation.

Bookings Cancellation
Airport Greens Motel advises that the following cancellation policy applies from 1 August 2005.

All reservations must be accompanied by either: Valid Credit Card or Advance Deposit

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations, failure to provide Airport Greens Motel Nelson with 24 hours notice will automatically imply liability and therefore a charge not exceeding one nights accommodation will be charged.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all bookings exceeding 3 rooms, any cancellation within 72 hours will incur 1 nights accommodation for each room booked. A 50% surcharge applies for all pre-booked rooms.

Cancellations due to "Acts of God" will not be charged for.

Privacy
We will record your information to keep you informed about upcoming specials and new developments. This information will not be given out to any third party organisation, and can be inspected and updated at any time.

Fuelsavers / Petrolsavers

1. To receive a discount off the standard purchase price of fuel at participating Fuel Savers NZ Ltd discount fuel outlets, you must spend at least the qualifying amount in one or more transactions at a participating Fuel Savers NZ Ltd discount fuel Retailer.
2. The fuel discount you have qualified for is a maximum 6 cents a litre for any minimum purchase of $20.00 or above to a maximum of 30 litres at any one time.
3. At each transaction you must buy fuel and surrender the participating retailer's docket at any participating Fuel Savers NZ Ltd discount fuel outlet before the expiry date of 30 days to receive your fuel discount offer.
4. The maximum number of Fuel Savers NZ Ltd dockets is 6 or any amount of individual dockets from any participating retailer that does not exceed more than $120.00 in total. Any docket/s above $120.00 in total will only be able to redeem a maximum of 36 cents a litre discount in total for a maximum of 30 litres.
5. Participating Fuel Savers NZ Ltd retailers dockets that are damaged, defaced or altered or have passed their printed expiry date are not valid for any discount fuel offer.
6. Fuel Savers NZ Ltd may change, suspend or terminate the conditions of the Fuel Savers NZ Ltd discount fuel offer from time to time at their discretion.
7. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is not available on Wotif, Rates-to-Go, Ezibed or Bartercard bookings. Payments to Airport Greens Motel via Bartercard do not qualify for Fuelsavers or Petrolsavers offers.
